I’ve had three major media fandoms in my life--The Professionals, The Sentinel, and Stargate SG-1. Here’s where I indulged in all three at once ;^) UPDATE: My fandoms have now increased to four with the addition of the wonderful show, The Magnificent Seven. I'm sure these boys will find their way to a crossover wallpaper or two eventually LOL!
Self Indulgence: These three shows are all buddy shows, but I’m not shy about declaring my preferences for each LOL! Here are the adorable Daniel, the delicious Blair, and the unbelievably sexy Doyle, all on one wallpaper.
Soldier: This is the distaff side of Self Indulgence. Here are Jack (Air Force; black ops), Jim (Army Rangers; black ops) and Bodie (SAS; Paras). Three tough dudes.
Taxonomy: My paean to adorable anthropologists everywhere. Daniel and Blair.
Out of the Shadows: My two black ops guys: Jack and Jim.
Thanksgiving: Thanksgiving is not a holiday I celebrate, but when someone who shall remain nameless teased me about not having done a T-day wallpaper, it sort of clicked with my current search for Crossover themes. So here you have something(s) for which I'm very thankful :^D

A while ago I ventured into a brand new area of wallpapering--fanfiction. A very interesting activity, as I have to use images which are part of one story to illustrate what may be a very different kind of tale.
Pure of Heart: This is the first of a new kind of wallpaper, illustrating favorite fanfiction stories. This honors the powerful and emotional story, Pure of Heart, by Phoenix Emrys. At the time this wallpaper was created, this story was still unfinished.
Ripples: This story, by ELG (Lori Grey) is one of my all-time favorite pieces of fiction. It's a followup to Shades of Gray, and not only does it give us some first class angst, with a bit of pain thrown in for good measure, it also delivers wonderful comfort. A delicious story.
Decoration Day : A while ago, a terrific Stargate fan writer set out to right a wrong. Like many of us, she realized that the person who most deserved recognition and acknowledgement for saving the Earth from Apophis's invasion had been ignored; was, in fact, still beavering away, unable to let the world know how right he'd been, and how much he was owed. So Brenda Anders wrote "Decoration Day." This is what should have been done.
All I Ever Wanted: I really love stories that address the issue of payback for Daniel. He's given up so much, and TPTB haven't seen fit to provide recompense. Thank heaven for fan writers :^) The story behind this wallpaper is All I Ever Wanted, by Elaine M. Gustainis. This story can be found in the zine Gateways 2, a terrific zine. I really love this story. Not only is it a great Daniel story, but the support cast includes the wonderful Zahi Hawass, a real Egyptologist of great personality LOL! This wallpaper was a real cooperative effort; Elaine even contributed one of the images. Thanks, Elaine! It's perfect!
Gateways #1: This wallpaper uses images selected to illustrate seven stories in the fanzine Gateways 4. Though the story titles made it to the wallpaper, the authors' names didn't. So here they are: That's Just Jack and Humble Beginnings were written by PhoenixE; Foundations was written by Brenda Anders; Having a Bad Day was written by ETS; Tangled Web was written by Scribe; Red Harvest was written by Anna Man; The Burdens of Command was written by Marcia Brin. Fine work, folks.
Gateways #2: This wallpaper is again based on the fanzine, Gateways 4. This one focusses on a single story, Separation Anxiety, by the wonderful ELG.
Doppelganger: A cover for PhoenixE's wonderful Doppelganger series. If you're a Danielophile, this one's definitely for you--squared ;^)
A Curse and a Blessing: This one is for a series of stories that never fails to tickle my "delicious" bone LOL! "A Curse and a Blessing," by Biblio, the story of a love affair between Jack's family and our boy Daniel.

At ZebraCon a year or so ago, I hosted a Stargate party. I coaxed a few of our fine writers to allow me to print out some of their excellent work as door prizes. I created covers for these stories, and here they are :^)
A Curse and a Blessing: Here's a cover based on the wallpaper I made for this delicious series.
Disconnected: I created this cover for my own story arc, Disconnected.
Doppelganger: Phoenix Emrys has an ongoing series of stories based on a fascinating duplicate-Daniel premise. I made this cover for these creative stories.
The Quality of Mercy: ELG (Lori Grey) is one of my very favorite fan fiction authors. This cover was created to accompany her epic story by the same name.
